What is the difference between Full-Managed and Self-Managed services?
With the Full-Managed service, our Web Engineers are responsible for the server and all applications and ensure they are operational around the clock. We only work with tested applications and do not readily support customized applications. The customer has full control over the site content and is able to make changes by FTP at any time.
The Self-Managed service offers root and administrative access. This is important for Web sites built with custom applications that are not supported by PageTrends.com. We still offer hardware maintenance support and 24x7 technical support, but all applications are loaded and supported by the customer.

Managed Services are services that can be added to your server for enhanced security and performance.
